Meet Dr. Jeremy Girmann.

I’m a board-certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician in Greater Cincinnati. My work centers on nonsurgical orthopedics, musculoskeletal ultrasound, image-guided procedures, and regenerative medicine.

I grew up in Dayton, Ohio, and moved to Cincinnati when I began my Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency at the University of Cincinnati.

I founded Inertia Medical in 2016. Building my own practice has given me a place to bring together careful evaluation, clear explanations, and thoughtful treatment options. My patients include business leaders and athletes, as well as people simply looking to move comfortably and stay active. I want each patient to understand their problem and take an active role in deciding what comes next.

I created MSK Logic to share the lessons and questions that come out of that work. My goal is to help clinicians understand the reasoning behind a decision and feel better equipped to apply it with their own patients.

Outside medicine, I enjoy outdoor activities, spending time in nature, and strength training. Staying active is an important part of my own life.
