One physician. Two connected roles.

Clinical care and clinician education.

I see patients through Inertia Medical and share practical musculoskeletal education through MSK Logic. Both grow from the same questions: What is happening, why does it matter, and what should we do next?

Why patients come to me.

When the answer isn’t obvious, another perspective can help. My goal is to connect a clearer diagnosis with a plan that fits your life and the activities you want to return to.

01

The diagnosis is still unclear.

Symptoms, examination, and imaging do not always tell the same story. I work to distinguish the findings that explain your pain from changes that may be incidental.

02

Previous treatment did not work.

When physical therapy, injections, medication, rest, or time have not helped as expected, it may be time to revisit the diagnosis, treatment target, or overall plan.

03

Surgery may be next.

You want to understand whether a meaningful nonsurgical option remains and when surgery is the most appropriate next step.

04

You are considering PRP or BMAC.

You want to understand whether these treatments fit your diagnosis, what the evidence supports, and what recovery would involve.

My clinical approach · Inertia Medical

Nonsurgical orthopedics.
Regenerative medicine.

Diagnosis first. Procedure second. My clinical work is centered on joint, tendon, ligament, muscle, bone, and peripheral nerve problems, especially when the diagnosis or next step is not straightforward.

Musculoskeletal ultrasound can add real-time information at the bedside and improve procedural precision. When appropriate, treatment may include rehabilitation, ultrasound-guided procedures, PRP, BMAC, or referral for surgery.

For clinicians · MSK Logic

Understand the reasoning.
Strengthen the practice.

The questions I encounter in the clinic shape what I teach. Through MSK Logic, I connect the reasoning behind a decision with the details that matter in practice.

01

Make the reasoning clear.

Connect anatomy, biomechanics, history, examination, and imaging to understand why a diagnosis or treatment makes sense.

02

Connect knowledge to technique.

Explore ultrasound, image-guided procedures, and the practical details that help translate understanding into clinical care.

03

Put evidence in context.

Examine emerging treatments and new research with attention to what is established, what remains uncertain, and what it means for practice.

Teaching, publication & professional community

Built in the clinic.
Shared beyond it.

Patient care at Inertia Medical informs my teaching. MSK Logic, speaking, and publication extend those clinical lessons to other healthcare professionals.

“A pioneer and leader of non-surgical rehabilitation in the Cincinnati region.”
