Teaching clinicians to reason through MSK problems.
Through MSK Logic, I share the clinical reasoning and practical details behind musculoskeletal care, from anatomy and ultrasound to procedures, evidence, and everyday decisions.
Understanding before algorithms.
Musculoskeletal education often becomes a collection of diagnoses, maneuvers, injections, and protocols. My goal is to teach one level deeper - what structure is involved, what the tissue is doing biologically, what imaging can and cannot tell us, and how those pieces should change the treatment decision.
That philosophy extends from diagnostic ultrasound and image-guided procedures to PRP, BMAC, tendinopathy, osteoarthritis, peripheral nerve disorders, and the broader challenge of building a high-quality outpatient MSK practice.
Clinical decision-making
Move from symptom labels to anatomy, mechanism, differential diagnosis, and treatment selection.
MSK ultrasound
Use real-time imaging to understand anatomy dynamically and connect findings to the clinical picture.
Image-guided intervention
Procedure selection, target choice, technique, safety, and the reasoning behind when not to inject.
Orthobiologics
PRP, BMAC, tissue biology, preparation variables, evidence, and patient selection without hype.
